Previously the door blank height of a door in a screen could change depending on which standalone door had been opened before it.
Horizontal glazing bars in sashes with vertical bar priority and comb joints are now listed at the correct length when the numbers of horizontal and vertical bars differ (previously the bar could be listed short, e.g. 390.5 instead of 424.0).
An empty finishing rate row no longer produces an invalid ("not a number") finishing cost and a total of -21,474,836.48; the coat costs nothing and its minutes are still booked.
A fitting row that names a fitting cost set which no longer exists is no longer priced from a set left over by an earlier item in the job, so an item now prices the same regardless of the items priced before it.
Parameter equations are now always evaluated in their numbered order (e1, e2 ... e20) on PostgreSQL. Previously a freshly restored, migrated or upgraded database could evaluate them in a different order until its statistics were updated, giving different sizes and prices for sliding sashes, doors and screens (e.g. a jamb backing cover of 166 instead of 146 on the stock demo job). SQLite installations were not affected.
Fixed a screen that has a door (or sash) opening but no door (or sash) settings of its own being built with the door from whichever item was opened or priced before it, so the same item could gain a whole door leaf and change price depending on what was opened first. Such a screen is now always built as it is when opened on its own: the frame and its seals, with no leaf.
Fixed an item with false glazing bars sometimes listing an extra 'False glazing duplex spacer' when the horizontal or vertical false bars were switched off in its parameters while the glazed hole still had bars in that direction. The extra spacer had an undefined position, which could change from run to run and could put it far off the drawing. Spacers are now only listed for false bars that are actually drawn. Prices are unaffected.
Parameter maintenance no longer deletes a finishing parameter set that an item uses as its own finishing set. Previously this was allowed, and the affected items could no longer be recomputed. The delete is now refused, and the List button shows which jobs and items use the set.
A ledge and brace door leaf whose inside hole has an explicit panel material no longer lists its panel boards twice. Previously the boards, their finishing and their labour were counted twice for that leaf.
Opening indicators are now always drawn the same way on a database that has no Sash Display Type setting. Previously the direction could depend on uninitialised memory.
An item whose costs come to more than JMS can hold (over £21.4 million, usually a placeholder or mistyped rate in a cost set) no longer saves a price of minus £21.4 million; JMS now stops and names the cost set and rate that need correcting.
An additional fitting entered with a part quantity (e.g. 117.18) is no longer costed slightly low; its booked cost now equals the cost shown on the row.

There is now the ability to run inner mullion linings to the top of the head box as we do with the outer mullion linings.
If you are not using cutting sheets for the workshop, and only using JMS for quoting purposes, we highly recommend you turn this feature off.

When in the 'Print Report' dialog by using File > Print Report, or clicking onto the 'Print' icon from the 'Desktop summary' screen, you now have the ability to Print Preview the report.
Once the report is selected and 'Print' is clicked on, you are taken to a 'Print Preview' of the selected report.
From this new dialog screen, there are several new features such as Print to a printer of your choice and save the report as a PDF.
When setting up reports using the 'Print Manager', Idealy have a job open or at the very least just start a new job. In doing so the report manager will display a preview of the reports.
Should you have made changes to a report, click 'Save' then click on 'Refresh' to see the changed results.

When a very large amount of text is added to the description field for a joinery item, on some printouts with drawings (due the large body of text), the item drawing was not being printed due to an overrun in the print engine.
This has been fixed to a point. One should bear in mind that the description field is to be used for a brief description.

Once a single door had been added to a screen frame, removing the door and replacing with double doors, would continue to add a single door, and visa versa.
The same was true for screen casements.
