JMS Release Notes

Recent changes in antivirus software has identified JMS version 2-3-1-1 as a potential virus which is obviously INCORRECT! This is known as a false positive. Joinerysoft has worked hard with the antivirus companies to correct this and in addition have added a code signing certificate to help to overcome this problem.
